As above, is it a plug and play or will it need modding?
My current setup....... Wallbro, 3" down pipe, sports cat, HKS silent high power, HKS panel filter.
What boost could I run if the ecu will fit?
Cheers folks.

The ralliart ecu is set to boost to 1.5 bar i belive. It will be plug and play but it's always worth getting the afr's checked as each car runs different and mods to the car can/will also have an effect.
There is no point buying a ralliart ecu as your current ecu can be flashed with a ralliart rom so save you cash and put it towards a remap:smile:

I would need someone to do this for me, not very hot on those sort of things, If there is some who could do this for me, willing to pay of course.
I have a wideband afr so can check mixture.

Provided you have a flashable type of VI ECU anyone with an OP2 cable cable can flash it on there for you. Checking the chip number on the PCB is the safest way to find out.

At present I have the standard 5 ecu fitted but have seen a 6 RA ecu for sale
I suppose if I get my 5 ecu Ecutek'd atleast I'll know it will be right for the mods I have.
Mind you, if the 6 RA ecu will be safe with my present mods, would like to run 1.5 bar also, then thats cheaper than a £550 Ecutek.

Gray, which E5 ECU should I be on the look out for? Thanks.

Any 5 ecu will be fine, it's the 6 ecu where there are different chips to worry about ;)

It seems that the 1.5 bar boost is the major advantage of the ralliar rom, but is it safe to set the boost at 1.5 with 98 octane gas?
Does it require a Walbro fuel pump to be installed in the car?

if your running 1.5bar you really need to upgrade the pump and i use the best fuel i can get, tesco 99 nearest me
