Has anyone successfully been able to flash back to the EVO 6.5 TME model yet or can we still only read the roms?

At the moment there is still a small issue that bricks the ECU occasionally however it is hoped that Colby will have a new patch out shortly that cures the problem.

Andy does adjusting the pins to fit a 6 with a 7ECU affect the fact that i cant read from my car?
it stalls or stops after initiating sequence 1...directly...

Nope wally,
Shouldn't make any difference. I've read quite a few E5's and 6's with later ECU's fitted without any problems at all.

yes..both r connected...tried with the E6 and E7RA...nothing...
i activated the ecu unlocker..still nothing

Start the car and try and read the rom (the car will cut out when this opetation starts).

already did that as I read it somewhere in the forum...but it didnt cut out...it ran normally as if its not connected...
sorry for being a pain ...but i cant seem to get around this issue

Which cable are you using ?

Make sure the small plug is making a good contact under the dash

so guys
how do heck into the ecu! i need to re tune it!! nutin works either the ODB11 on evo scan or ecu flush!! some forums are saying remove the chip and then re-flush!!

can u send me the pin out u changed from evo 6.5 to evo 7ecu..... still cant tune the 6.5 tme car.....
