This Rom i pulled from mines ecu imported from japan,
Evo 6 engine.
unknown short block internals,
ported head,cams,valve springs upgrade,
stock evo 9 turbo
3 inch full exhaust,downpipe
stock injectors,upgraded fuel pump.
with 95 ron octane i pulled 2 degrees out of the ignition map and logged alot of knock so be carefull if you are running low grade octane.

V power is a Shell garage equivalent of super unleaded:thumbup1:

Very similar to the Mines rom Lee5 posted, only the 260 load column being different and the fuel map a little leaner.

this engine was imported from japan and i read it on evo4,if you notice the timing till 30 load is 9 degree so i guessed the engine have aftermarket cams so i opened the valve cover and exhaust manifold the springs was dual springs and ported head also the maximum pump octane here is 95 ron so i will test it again when the whole engine being swapped into the car as my evoscan had problems and knock counts wasn't true so i will let you know with the new updates. :).

runnin 1.5 bar on my gizmo, very crisp response but having to take things a bit more gentle at the mo as we have heavy snow....yeh v-power is shells high octane 98/99 ron fuel that we use in the uk.....

How much better than the Ralliart one is this ROM? Currently running a smoothed out RA ingition table on my map, but if this is any good, I'd like to smooth it out and test it.
Cheers!

It's very similar to the V Mines one posted here (http://www.geekmapped.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17).
There is no way to tell what is going to suit the car better. You are better off creating a custom map than using RA/Mines ones as the end result will be much better and specific to the car.

Gray is totally right,i didn't put this map so everyone tries it,it's on your own responsability
so everyone should take care if he wants to flash and test it with logging. it's too agrresive compared to the RA evo7-8 roms.

Yea, true, will prob wait till the weather gets better before I make a custom map for it, because the roads are treachorous just now, so don't fancy tweaking and going out for lots of runs to do lots of logs to get a good custom map.
Was just thinking I could use this for just now and log knock & AFR's, then if all is good I can just use it till the weather is more suited to making a proper custom map.

The best thing you could do pal!
Definately check the fueling and knock, each car runs differently so will need checking mate:smile:

As starkers said!
Used the mines from GrayW his link, DADS.hex
I run 1.5mmhg on the AVCR, guess around 1.45bar.
I had knock counts of 7 on the high load areas (160 and higher up till 220/230)
Continuesly 7 and then 6 , octane flag changed as well.
I adjusted the higher load ignition and now runs fine. Still some knock counts of 1 and 2 but will see if that's really knock when i install knock detection tool....
