Are there any stand alone ecu's available for the X rs??

You can remap a X RS using ECUFlash and your std ECU ;)

Gems is the only current after market that I know of, altho i'm sure I heard hydra will be out soon.

Motec have it sussed in Australia. Three Evo X RS at the Bathurst production car 12 hour race this weekend' are using Motec....

Im sure i heard some pinking/ light knock on very slight throttle, no boost??????

Car has been remapped to 400+

Which is why i was after an aftermarket/standalone as i thought mapping/knock etc would be better monitored???

Also, would like mild switchable als etc......

The knock control on the standard ECU will be much more advanced than most aftermarket ECU's. If you can hear DET, I would take it back to whoever did the work on it.

Thanks gray, went out in the car today and had a listen, found that my det was a rattle from n/s/f inner arch cover........ :rolleyes:

What about my ALS etc any ideas, would like it switchable.....
