If you have all the kit including wideband, do some logging and get the fueling correct. The more practice you have the better you will get.

Or if you have some nice mate as well that have different spec cars ask if you could play with them as well. As this will show you what different mods do to the map.

i have the wideband on its way to me so ill go out and log a few times before i do anything.then once im a little more custom to it i will fit my parts... from what i can gather the low to mid range should lean out once ive fitted the hks 272's and the magnex turbo elbow and downpipe. but would it be safe enough to use the ralliart map to start with?

Oh yea I forgot you are in Ireland, do you run 95 or 97.

As for running the Ralliart rom tbh I would just play with the map you have.

Are you on a 7 ecu or flashing the 6 ecu?

I have just swapped mine over as was running an Apexi D-jet, so am now back to std ecu I flashed in the Twin map rom and am just playing with the std timing and fuel at the min as I dont want to play with that bit just yet.

But then I have done it many times before so know what i am doing :lol:, I would put in the twin map so when you open and play with the settings you are used to seeing them in the rom.
