evo sst ecu key issue

ive been working on a evo X with sst ,

i had the key redone by sending the mitsu dealer the vin number since the car was bought from salvage , mitsu sent me the key cut but was not able to program the key they said i had to take the car to them ...

is the a way i can turn on the evo X without having the key progammed ?

Thanks lee5 ill see what can be done.. if anyone can help out id appreciate it cause we have the metal key in the ignition but the car dosent turn on ...

it might have like an inmobilizer .. i thought we could disable this issue like the evo 8

You need a Mut III tool to do it with the X engine ecu does not carry a imob code like the earlier cars where in the country are you ?
