Hello, I'm a newbie here and I'd like to salute all of you for this great forum;
I'm also new to evoscan tuning but far away not from standalone ecu's;
I'm currently trying to tune a JDM evo7 with a 98640014 rom;
I didn't have the XML file at first, but thanks to a member on evom, i now have it, but my question is: How to replace this ROM with another one modified by Tephra for example?
Thanks for your support:smile:

Think I read your post on EvoM:smile:
Several roms work fine on the JDM VII, it all depends on if you want the features Tephra provides in V7 or are happy with what in V5.10. As for changing them, it's just a case of reading your original rom and making a backup, then flashing the new rom selected to the ECU.

Hi GrayW, today i successfully read the evo7 rom maps and even loaded the tephra mod 5.1, but in the stock rom image, the x and y axis values, like rpm and load aren't correct, i mean very strange numbers, and there's no parent base map when i edit the parameter i.e high octane fuel map for example, and why ecuflash displays recovery mode in the right lowest corner?

Sorry for that 0% geek question;
fixed it by changing the metadata directory
