Evening geeks,

I've already had my car mapped by Lee5.
I'm taking my car in for a service the first weekend in April and having some bc 272 cams fitted along with an IX 80 series turbo.....

Will it be ok to drive the 90 miles trip home if i just take it nice and easy or is a remap vital once these are fitted? :blushing:

Thanks in advance
Scott

Off boost and at actuator pressure it should be fine,

Cheers Graham, just a little worried it was going to cause problems but will take it nice and easy on the way home:thumbup1:

Unfortunately he doesn't live local enough otherwise i probably could have done :p I'm going to Wraith Evolutions for the work doing, think that about 250 miles in the wrong direction from Lee

Shut up you tart.....Do you use load now when mapping ? :tt2:

Also, last time help you out over MSN as well:angry:

Scott, Give it a go yourself mate now is the best time to play and learn with the car, just do lost of logs and do things bit by bit.

I've told you a thousand times before now I'm so well in tune with engines that I communicate on a different level to you mere mortals. I actually psychically connect to the ECU and can datalog in my head so I can instantly see what is going on without having to resort to the simple tools that you seem to use :tt2:

As for mapping via MSN, that is sooooo last year that it's not even worth doing anymore now

Andy

P.S. You're not a moderator on here you know so I can ban you
