I've got a MD362115 ECU. Can someone please help me to create a valid xml file?

Model: Space Star
Market: EUDM
Year: 1998
Engine: 4g93 GDI
ECU ID: E53F
HW: MD362115

looking now, GDI maps are WAY different to normal EFI!

you wont be able to flash this ecu with EcuFlash (not currently anyway).
you will need the new flash dongle from EvoScan to do 7201 chips.

Yes, got a dongle, OP 2.0 and MMCFlash, with these tools i read out my ecu.
Flashing i can too with MMCFlash.

Could somebody control if all is right?

Could someone help me to find the rest Please? ( like Injector scaling, Open loop load, Accel enrichment, etherything that has to do with knock etc)

Sounds good.

MAF is 1204 ( 21*1 )
Injection timing could be 1349 and 1342 but not sure at the moment. ( 10*13 map )

I'm kinda busy so i will do more reverse as soon as i get some free time.

By the way i give you some map adresses so you can work a little more ! :smile:

Timing and Fuel Maps changed, and logged. Both took effects.
Logs aleready Deleted but if you want i take the Stock ROM, Change any value, log it and Post it.

Can you help me to identify the Rest of the Maps you've Posted?

Other Maps are saved in Misc. Please help me to find out what is what.

In my garage we have lot 4g93 GDI with an Idle Problem. My boss asked me if i can set the idle Rpm a little bit higher. Can someone help me to find the desired idle Rpm table?
When i log the idle RPM from my own Space Star (4g93GDI) it's 625.

Here the Stock Rom from the GDI (EM1325) with the def xml.

Hello,

IS your cold start idle arround 900 ?

If yes, check for :

- 0x2004
- 0x2010
- 0x201C

Those 3 maps are 8*1 ( twodimenssional )

Thanks! Tested all values. 201c Seems to be Cold start RPM
When engine is warm i think its 180 5x5 table which is active.

i'm serching the injector Scaling value to bring the trims ok and i want to deactivate the egr valve, because of the gdi engine with many mph getting problems with an active egr.

i will try to find EGR map, otherwise i will be unable to find injector scaling.

Found Injector Scaling, Fuel Pressure Maps, Barometric Pressure Compensation, Idle Maps, Alternator Charge Map, Egr Timing Advance and Periphery Bits.
